The Portal Registration form is intended for participating researchers who would like access to PTC resources. If you believe that you have been assigned a Portal account but you do not know your password, please ‘Quit’ and use the ‘Forgot your password?’ option that is available on the Login page. Otherwise, please complete this self-registration form.

Before you can complete the Portal Registration process, you will have to have the Access Code provided by the NEMO. In a majority of cases, the NEMO will have already given this code to you. However, if you do not have the Access Code, you can e-mail the central email account PTC Access and the code will be sent to you via e-mail. An Access Code is typically only valid for 24 to 48 hours. Please remember to complete the Portal Registration form soon after you have received the code. If the Portal Registration system indicates that an Access Code is invalid, please request another.

Once you have the Access code, you will want to select the checkboxes next to the resources, studies or DCCs that you need access to. If you are not sure at time of registration, no problem. They can be added at a later time.
